Don't do it.
Well of this six hour assignment i have used three and a half.
I added a bit of overlapping action to the arms and fingers, I pushed the poses a little more, added expression with the eyes, gave the physics on the sign a kick, and a few tweaks.
(this is after tweaking away from the animation mentor model)

Well... good to see your work.
It looks like the next three hours needs to spent on timing and pushing your poses.
The concept is not bad... however anything you have to sell with a sign and not with just the animation doesn't resonate with most professional animators viewing your post.
